Lenore, original art

in art •  6 years ago  (edited)

Another original portraits within the @nevelspoock -series and computergame that we are currently producing, presenting:

Lenore De Lisle, original painting, 30x40, oils on canvas:

Lenore De Lisle, born 1874, on Guernsey Island.
Hired by the Family Nevelspoock as maid, in 1896.
Has been in loyal service for about 20 years now.

Lenore has no direct relatives.

She is still at the domain, despite the mysterious disappearances of Gustave and Marigold.

Likes: theatre, plays, stories.

Dislikes: the other personnel, except Sir Richard, the family's lawyer..

What comes to mind when you see Lenore's portrait? The portrait is actually based on a long lost relative of mine. Nobody in the family can tell who this lady was, though. Thanks for looking!

Thanks, @winstonalden!

I feel sad for her as she has a birthmark on her cheek and nothing could be done about that in those days. They didn't even have good makeup to hide it.

OH! Someone still AT the mansion ! I am so excited to see what she'd say about the mysteries of the Nevelspoock !

The vibes I get is that she knows more than she's willing to say. And she seems a little timid or reserved....

Hehe, you're probably right there, she knows things, she has seen things... horrible things...
