wow, this is a very beautiful painting, you have a talent painter, I admire you friend, move on @marty - arts

thank you so much!

beautifull .... how much time it takes to be able to paint as good as you ?

thank you.. I visited art school once a week for 13 years, then 3 years of glass design school.. and I paint a lot at home, so lots of time :D

13 years ??? :(
that's why you're good at painting

My skill is nowhere near this. This is too good LOL.

Beautiful. Did you use a reference for it?

Really beautiful. I love the wild hair and the luscious, shiny lips. And, of course, the complementary colors, making her eyes really pop.
I find it really challenging to achieve proper skin tones using watercolor. I'm sure that's partially practice, and partially inferior paint. lol

thank you :) i realised it is easier for me to paint portraits in watercolors than acrylic paint which I use years... its mostly about practice and sure, paints too.. I use white nights watercolor.. they are not too expensive and offers great quality, I really recomend them... but I realised more important is paper. it makes big difference when you use archival cotton papers.

Beautiful portrait, 2 hours seemed very fast, I'm more slow and have to practice, you motivate me to get better, good work!!!

im glad you are motivated :) best of luck!
