One day at work, Amanda got a wonderful bloom bunch. In it, she tallied 11 blossoms and found a short note in it. It was composed in lovely lettering and stated:
"My adoration for you will last until the day the last blossom in this bundle bites the dust."
The note was from her significant other who had gone on a business trip. Uncertain regarding what to make of the message, she went home at night and splashed the blooms with water. One day after another, the blooms turned into somewhat less delightful until they all kicked the bucket. Everything except one blossom. This was the day when she understood that there was one simulated blossom in the bundle that would keep going forever.
