Salutations Stylish Steemians!

In today's post I'll share with you one of my guilty pleasures.  I'm kind of hesitant to say because it's how I like to get my rocks off...okay... I enjoy ogling (and googling) red carpet gemporn.

Late last night, I was obsessively searching "Cannes 2017 Haute Joaillerie" and was salivating from the image results. Colliers, sautoirs and one SWEET @SS sapphire sugarloaf...OH LA LA!!!

The Cannes Film Festival is known for the well-heeled and this year can we say, the very well-collared.  Knockout necklaces with juicy, rich-colored cabs and fanciful facet cuts reigned supreme!

Here's a countdown of six stunning sparklers and the stars shining in them at the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival.

1. Monica Bellucci in a diamond and sapphire high jewelry necklace by Cartier.

2.  Bella Hadid in a 180+ carat sapphire cabochon and diamond platinum necklace by Bulgari.

3.   Emily Ratajkowski  wearing not just one, BUT TWO high jewelry necklaces by Bulgari.

4.  Bella Hadid wearing a diamond Bulgari Serpenti necklace.

5.  Jessica Chastain wearing a white gold necklace set with diamonds, rubies and a pear-cut diamond by Piaget.

6.  Jessica Chastain wearing a pearl sautoir necklace by Piaget.

Those were a few of my fave statement necklaces...alas, a girl can dream.  Do you have any favorites?  I'd love it if you'd share with me in the comments below! ;)

xx

Michelle

This post is about high jewelry, not haute couture
