It's common thing that we see fliers on street lamps. They are mostly different with all kind of messages and ads you can imagine.

This one is from cartoon, but I think it's from some game. I used it as #STEEMotivated Artwork and make simple call to Steemit community.

Mighty Fine Work there Love the cool shadows and richness in the light. I like the technique has a very happy feel to it.
