Last days my attention occupy old arts. Vintage types the most, but my focus were on '80th Miami Vice Art. I decided to make "STEEM Blockchain" logo art as form of the '80th.
Load background. It's best to be some night sky full of stars and if possible to have little blue and pink colors on it.
Make two rectangles. One at down half of picture and another one in upper half of picture. Down rectangle should be done with Gradient Overlay and with two colors (dark blue and pastel pink). Upper half rectangle is done with Gradient Overlay too, but with 5 colors and opacity about 50%.
Make two shapes who represents sun. Down half with slightly opacity who go to up and upper half with strong orange and yellow colors in Gradient Overlay. This is because it gives the best dynamic on picture and you should set opacity by your feeling.
Make triangle and grid.
Triangle is easy and it's done with polygon tool with Drop shadow & Gradient Overlay effects. Grid was made with Brush pattern and transformed with Perspective option so it looks like 3D. Also Drop shadow and Inner glow with Cyan color was apply.
Finally text added and Steem logo. In this part most important thing is good font and correct Gradient Overlay effect. Also layers are copied and mirrored for making reflection on grid surface. Opacity is lower than 100%.
