Comic Book Short Story in 4 parts!

Hello Steemians!

This is our first post sharing our art, so we wanted to showcase something special. This is a fantasy comic book short story I’ve been working on, its called The Guardians of the Forgotten Realms.

Its basically the origin stories of four mythological beings, that through fate and misfortune, end up sharing an adventure together. Ilú, the walking tree; Rëmlin, the elf; Aylani, the human girl and Fluffy, the skull headed mule.

We’re going to be posting a part of the short story each week, in addition to other projects. Hope you all enjoy it!

            Cool, it's got a bit of a Mike Mignola vibe.

            I don't know if it matters to you, but there is a pretty major fantasy property called 'The Forgotten Realms' already, a setting attached to Dungeons and Dragons. It might be a non-issue, but depending on what you are going to do with this it might cause some confusion.

              A very good point. Perhaps, if you are hoping to make it a "thing", adjusting the name to "Forsaken Realms" or something similar may be the way to go.

                Thank you @petersonsdc! Yeah, maybe changing it to "Forsaken" is a good move. It starts with the same letter and has the same kind of evocation as "forgotten". I'll certainly consider it. Thanks for the advice! Cheers!

                  Thank you for the advice and humble comparison @jcayne! I had already noticed the existence of this Dungeons and Dragons setting, but since its an old game, and the stories and mediums are so vastly different, I thought it wasn't a big issue! But thanks again for the comment!
