The owner of the bird's name is Somari and he has been drawing this bird since 2018. He participated with her three times in the Gogol festival and the Plasticwood project, in addition, there are physical carriers such as clothes, shoppers, carpets and stickers with her in different variations. It's his Forty and it's not just an illustration - it's a very personal character.

To date, it's been a month since I raised this issue. There was a lot of noise thanks to your reposts, comments and feedback on their pages, but so far they haven't reacted in any way. Even a request on this topic from The Village Ukraine was ignored. Their only reaction was that they removed the bird from their avatar on their FB.
Yesterday, 29.06, I found out that they had Instagram, published a link to it, and after you started writing there, they first promptly deleted all comments and blocked the authors, and then closed the comments altogether.

That is, they completely ignore us, but actively continue to pay for advertising posts and PR on social networks, hold mass parties and delete ALL mentions of theft that can reach.
At first, I was hoping that they would try to go to a dialogue with me to resolve the issue peacefully. That didn't happen, so:

I ask you to spread this story as much as possible, attract media attention, and ALL those who can help in publicizing this issue, because obviously requests do not work and you need to create noise and boycott this institution. It will probably be possible to reach the public and achieve justice only when this story becomes seriously public.

In addition, I began to write artists who faced such copyright infringement, but due to lack of information and support, they did not even try to raise this issue, assuming that they could do nothing about it.

Therefore, I believe that this is a very important and revealing case that cannot be ignored. Intellectual property is the same property and product of labor as any other. And this is a painful question for any creators, not just artists.

Let's collect such stories and make them public so that they don't happen again. Then no one else can offend the artist. Do you have such stories????
