I do believe participating in culture and art can improve my quality of life even if i am not the one who did it. We all know that art is a necessary part of life , a sentiment felt by all art lovers in this world but only few know how vital art can be. Both creating and viewing art good for us. Any participation in culture and art improves persons well being and mental health.
People who creates and / or consumed art , collecting art offer the same benefits and advantages. Visiting museum and gallery improve thinking and empathy, change way of thinking and feel much better. It reduces stress as well.
So lets enjoy art...
