Real talk : My mental health has been very bad the past year. When that happens l have a hard time with any form of socializing. Right now l am coming off of my antidepressants which will take roughly 2 + months before I'll be beginning to seek out a psychiatrist. Its a long and expensive journey ahead but I'm coping - and sometimes that is all you can ask for.
