I usually bring lunch box instead of eating out in work days. Eating out is expensive and easily get fat. Also in fact the home taste is more suitable to me for everyday lunch <3 . I wanna go park like those in Japanese drama or in American TV drama people having sandwich, but the air in HK is not good for eating xD
平常都是帶飯盒做午餐，既省錢又比外食健康不發胖。有想過拿到公開吃，像日劇或者美劇／電影那樣。但香港的天氣和空氣都不太友善，所以還是留在公司吃好了。

That is sad to hear ! In Australia, the air is quite clean so I do have lunches at the park a lot during week days :)

I have read that the contamination is enough and therefore should use lid mouths, and if as you say it is better to eat homemade foods that are more delicious and help maintain a healthy economy also haha
