I Think His Name Was Martin and A Look At Some of My Head Collection So FarsteemCreated with Sketch.

Hi. My name is @NoNamesLeftToUse The Writer/Artist Himself and I like heads.

"Give me head," I say, politely, as I help myself with something sharp.

I like the sound it makes.

I've been slowly building up this collection.

Maybe some of you have noticed a similar theme happening. That's something artists do.

I bounce around from dark settings to bright, and everything in between, quite often. This may come as quite a surprise to some of you out there but it's worth saying. There actually is a method to my madness.

Recently I put together some of my blue collection for your viewing pleasure. You can see some red here but that post may be a frightening sight to some of you, given the current state of the crypto market; beware.

One of the benefits of creating multiple pieces consisting of a similar theme: Increased chances of potential sales.
They compliment each other and help fully decorate a room, rather than having one piece like those above sticking out like a sore thumb beside a picture of a sailboat.

Yes

There are people out there crazy enough to put something like those above on a wall.

Let's have a look at some more heads. These next few don't really fall into a particular set. They just all have head in common.

I think I'm addicted to head.

I enjoy working with heads. They're fun to paint, once I remove them.

Of course, I'm just messing around. Nobody was hurt in the making of these images, except me.

I hope you enjoyed my Head Show.

Have a nice day.

Hey I love this collection! Just kill me already and Running are my favs, the color swirls are really cool escaping from the heads. The first collection of white/black/red faces is haunting. I like getting to see these all in one place. You are absolutely right, variations on a theme is a great way to explore in both art and music. It also allows the viewer more time to get into the head space. As an artist you are already in the worldview that produces your art, but sometimes it takes a viewer a little bit of time to make the journey there to get the full impact

I zone out for a long time on pieces like the two you mentioned. At times I have to remind myself to blink.

I've released the darker, gorier pieces individually in the past but this time around, once Martin was finished, for the reasons you mentioned here, I thought it would be best to include the rest. They don't make as much sense individually and I think when I release new pieces like that in the future, I'll wait until I have a few ready, then do it all one shot.

I'm not sure if you've seen them but I have another line of heads, but these are usually shadow-like ghostly beings.

I have a thing for head.

Awesome collection of works, and the descriptions to match @nonameslefttouse!

It's a quiet day in the virtual gallery today. I guess I should have left their heads on. Thanks for stopping in.

Lol...Anytime man:)

So much good head here. I can't say I like violent head - some of us just have to keep images of cuddly kittens and daisies in the forefront of the mind - but I like the last set.

Ive always liked One Of Us Is Not Normal. I'm sure it has a dark meaning but it looks peaceful. I don't remember seeing The Apology. I like those last three too.

I like cats. Daisies, not so much. When I was a kid I leaned in to smell a wild flower and a bee almost flew into my nostril. I haven't been the same since, so I totally get why you don't like that violent stuff much.

There isn't a dark meaning to that piece, it just looks that way. I can't remember the post and what I wrote.

I think the head collection is coming together nicely though. I'm quite proud of this work.

That's a sad story. The poor bee thought you were trying to suck him up with your nose vacuum. I got my first wasp sting next to an azalea bush in full bloom. Still love azaleas, still hate wasps.

I don't remember the story for that piece either, but I remember the face well.

It is coming together nicely. I also like painting heads - the best part of the human to paint.

Hahah I love all these pieces! Maybe it is just the colors but you seem to breathe life into these severed appendages.

Is a head an appendage?

BRAVO!

It's an extremity, that I know.

Thanks though. It's a bit quiet here and I thought maybe I scared everyone away with my head collection. I'm glad some folks out there is brave enough to enjoy my madness.

Now that's a lot of head, you must be the greatest head giver of all time!

How do you make the white all fluffy like that? Your head has whipped cream...I was going to say that I wanted to eat that cream, hahahaaa, oh shit.

I don't hear too many complaints.

Fluffy white stuff? What?

Your white is always fluffy, creamy looking, and I am just digging a bigger hole here....The white paint in your art, that sounds better, it's like this: I'm not over the moon for lemon meringue pie, but the way some people make it with the fluffy looking sugary egg whites tricks my brain into thinking it's gotta be delicious. You make the white in your art like that...and that only makes sense to weird people like me ;-)

I don't know. Flat white looks really boring to me so I'll always add shades, then sit here like a madman, meticulously blending this stuff until I can't stand staring at the same spot anymore. Layering helps as well. Whatever you're noticing with the white, I'm sure you can see the same stuff happening in the other colors.

Oh, I do notice it in the other colors, your work has a lot of depth. It just seems like it's harder to make white look like that ;)

S'not easy.

Oh I love this post soooo much! Brilliant! Made me smile! Your art is amazing! :)

Thank you much. Don't be a stranger unless you sense danger... whatever that means.

LOL! I won't! :)

Seeing all this head made me a little heady.....

Just make sure it doesn't unscrew itself and fall off.

Your digital art is mesmerizing @nonameslefttouse
Can you do some landscape view :D

We shall see. Most days I don't know what I'll be doing until it's finished.

I enjoyed these very much and your title certainly drew me in to take a look!

Thank you for being, brave. LOL

Hahaha! It was actually rather delightful to see these! So different from anything else I have seen here. You are very creative!

My little space here in this world is far from everything else. This approach can be both a blessing and a curse at the same time. Standing out and not fitting in. Good times!

You will always be able to say 'I did it my way` and be one of the people that I admire most for NOT compromising just to fit in!

You have given so much head here. Thanks.

Thank you for enjoying the head today.

Any chance of some more head soon? This is probably the best head I've seen given on the blockchain.

There will be plenty of head given on this blockchain.

Nobody was hurt in the making of these images, except me.

...

For some strange reason I'm having a hard time believing you.

I must have been drinking that day. Forgetful.
