Collagraph and monotype
Today, I'm showing you three prints I created using a combination of monotype, dark-field monotype and collagraph printing techniques. I create these piece as one of the stages of creating my digital gif animations, adapting them digitally and adding additional layers of colour or imagery. I really like the cloud effect in this piece. I use water-based printing inks and when printing onto damp paper you can get some very interesting effects.
