Warm days sat watching the dandelions dance in the breeze. Daydreams and thoughts are carried on the breeze. But where will the breeze take them?
There are many superstitions and folklores around dandelions. One of these is that when you blow away the seeds they carry your thoughts on the breeze to loved ones. Another is that if a woman can blow all the seeds off the dandelion in one blow then the person she loves will love her back.
Part of the cyanotype process- stage 1 exposure to the sun, stage 2 print drying after water bath. The finished cyanotype print below.
