🖌️ Auguste Renoir: Impressionist painter

A few days ago I went to visit Auguste Renoir's house in Cagnes-sur-Mer, Renoir is a painter whom I really appreciate, so I thought of you and took the camera :)

  Auguste Renoir is a French painter born in 1841, he is part of the Impressionist movement.

Impressionism

 Painting or sculpture that comes out of the strict codes set by the Royal Academy. Artists seek to represent their impressions, their emotions rather than reality in a conventional way.
This artistic trend is distinguished by the use of unusual viewing angles, the transcription of fugitive impressions, the mobility of climatic and luminous phenomena, rather than the stable and conceptual aspect of things.

  Renoir began his career at the age of 13 as an apprentice in a porcelain workshop while attending evening classes at the School of Drawing and Decorative Arts.

  He began at the age of 21 at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and became friends with Claude Monet, they regularly met together as painters in the Fontainebleau forest.

  Auguste Renoir is not only a painter, he was able to diversify his talent as a sculptor and film director.

  At 54 years old he has a bicycle accident, that's when his health declines. He settled in the south of France to live his last days to the best of his ability and to relieve his bone pain.

•   Auguste Renoir had the chance to see his works exhibited at the Louvre Museum.
•   Experts estimate that Renoir has painted more than 4000 paintings.
•   His bicycle accident fractured his right arm, Renoir began to paint with his left arm.
