This piece is inspired by the Op Art Movement. It’s a style that uses abstract patterns to create optical illusions, often to convey movement. In the example above, the angle of the lines make the push energy up and down the curves of the steemit logo.

In the example below, the movement radiates outwards from the centre of the Steemit logo, in a similar fashion to the Sonos branding work by Bruce Mau Design.
