I just got a notification from @steemitboard still not sure about how it works but may be something to check out. I did what they suggested now will see if it makes a difference.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
