Doodle and laugh your heart out! ( original doodle art by @poeticsnake )steemCreated with Sketch.

I love to go back to my roots and just sit down for a few hours and doodle away!

Today I was feeling loved so I made hearts! There is always a reason to laugh and laughing is a real healthy thing to do!

Drawing is made on normal a4 paper with a black fine-liner!

DID YOU KNOW THAT LAUGHING TRIGGERS THE RELEASE OF ENDORPHINS?

Endorphins are the body’s natural painkillers. By laughing, you can release endorphins, which can help ease chronic pain and make you feel good all over. So start laughing today no matter what! Don't hold yourself back and let go! Stop worrying what others will think about it, just laugh, laugh and laugh some more. Laugh so hard that tears will roll over your cheeks!

DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN WORK YOUR ABS WHILE LAUGHING?

One of the benefits of laughter is that it can help you tone your abs. When you are laughing, the muscles in your stomach expand and contract, similar to when you intentionally exercise your abs. Meanwhile, the muscles you are not using to laugh are getting an opportunity to relax. Add laughter to your ab routine and make getting a toned tummy more enjoyable.

^^ I need to laugh more it seems! :D Maybe eating a little less snacks might help as well!

Have a marvelous day @theguruasia

Laughter is a great medicine too. No side effects other than it may leave you in stitches.

Heard of Patch Adams? Yes the same that Robin Williams (bless his everluv'n memory) played in the movie Patch Adams.

Here's the real Patch and the story...from the beginning...Gesundheit!
