Today I would like to share a drawing I made this evening! I think we all know those moments, we stare at ourself in the mirror and think...
I am too small, too tall, my nose looks weird, my hair is a mess, my belly is too fat, my ass is to small....Moments where we choose to take the time and think negative in every single way!
Embrace who you are, accept yourself!
Tell yourself, like a mantra, over and over, that you are perfect the way you are! That you are worth it! Tell yourself that you love YOU! Be kind to yourself, hug yourself and embrace yourself! Just be you!
You are perfection,
Clear water in a flowing river of life!
You are loving,
In a sea where you dance with light.
YOu are living,
the dream you have to build.
Love yourself,
embrace yourself,
Just be YOU!
