In my motherland(Russia) battles are very popular, millions people watch them and a lot of corporations buy advertising and owners of battle platform are very rich people.

I've been actively and heavily involved in organizing the European scene since 2010 and it seems that the popularity in the west has peaked a few years ago, and the money isn't really there in Europe, to sustain large business models...
But it's a GREAT subculture, with some real artful wording and the skills some people have are CRAZY!
