As an individual we have chosen to be part of a country group Nation culture, these choices provide services and opportunities, places to live and work, a cultural setting from which to view and experience the perspective of Our Lives. Truly in nature there is only the natural law the services that are provided are provided by individuals and form agreements according to various forms of hierarchy.

Think of ourselves as the center from which decision and interaction are generated from. What kind what form of culture does extreme decentralization provide? In the natural world there are Hunters and there are pray, there are grass eaters and there are scavengers, there are packs and all sorts of groupings amongst families of individuals.

Those that projecting Act of aggression upon other individuals as such as a hunter bird of prey eating a ground squirrel or a pigeon, there is no level of moral judgment just a state of eat and be eaten. Within a group hierarchies tend to form as those that are strongest or most useful in some way rise in status. The fear of strength because of this dynamic has always eluded a solution. Instead we elect the strong and give little voice to the week. Consequently The Great Divide widens. But the Divide is a logic gate and it opens and closes as a transmits information to and from the Global Information sphere.

Interacting with others is not a zero-sum game. It is very possible and in fact happens all the time that encounters with other individuals are beneficial to all involved. Information is exchanged value is given and knowledge is shared. This value has worth and can be measured in crypto as Bitcoin etherium or whatever.

What happens when all actions are measured by all things? The data that provides this ability is already collected on a vast fast scale and is scheduled to be collected at an exponential rate rate 4 who knows how long before even any limit is insight. Do all actions require payment for their interactivity? What of a negative interaction or an interaction that provides benefit for one and not the other, it seems that here too this can be measured and that measurement can tell a great deal about an individuals interactions with others.

The Ledger expands as the data is gathered more and more and more things are added all people are measured as data on Earth and many of the animals in particular endangered species and these memories are stored by the global artificial intelligence layer of consciousness that is evolving at an exponential rate that we can measure when in fact it is moving much faster and is much further along than most humans especially those working in the field suspect.
