Wild West character design #4

Here is my fourth character design I made for The artstation.com Wild West character challenge.
Today's character is "Joella":
She is an artist on the run. Constantly eluding the authorities, tagging walls with animated murals that hint at what lies behind the artificial grid of the Etherspace.
