Collaborative Art - WIP (Work in Progress)

OK - this is the 2nd painting I have started in this collaboration project that 2 friends & I are working on together.  (Here's my original post about this project) 

Here are some progress photos. The lighting is pretty bad in my dining room at night, and it makes the photos look yellow.  (So - please ignore the yellowish color.)

This painting will be given to Josefin.  She will add stuff to it, and then pass it on to our other friend, Valarie.  

The first canvas I started, last week, has already been given to my friend, Valarie.  Here's that one, again:

She will be adding to it, and then will give it to Josefin. They are also working on canvasses/wood panels that they will be giving to me & to each other. There will be nine paintings altogether.

I have one more painting to start and hand off. Then, hopefully soon, I should start getting some of their paintings that they are starting so I can add the middle part on.  We have not designated a theme for these paintings, so - anything goes! They both have VERY different painting styles than me and from each other. They both attended art school, however, I worked full-time as a scenic artist for about 10 years - painting scenery.  And, I paint all the time.  They don't.  So, I am hoping this project helps to catapult them into painting more often.  We'll see...
