Seven months this time, since my last post. It feels like longer. I was still posting stories from the collection I thought I'd finished (Not even close, it turns out).
That was probably about the time that Netflix has an open call for Canadian content, so a buddy of mine helped put together a package of ten episodes (Which I had to mostly write from scratch by episode 6, because I ran out of stories).
These I won't share here, because even though my series wasn't picked up (and boy do I have a lot to learn about marketing series', let alone proper formatting) I do hope to have them ready down the road to try again.
So in the mean time, even though my painting is still much slower than it used to be, I'll be focusing back on that. I've been working on commissions this year primarily. I think I can safely share them here, so I'll do that in future posts. This one, I finished a few weeks ago. It's a fan favourite. I've already sold a few printed shirts, masks, notebooks, etc. Of it off Redbubble.
