How I did this:
- Purchase (5) 24"x24" sheets of plywood and drew out the images
- Using a jigsaw I cut-out all of the pieces
- Sand all pieces using 80 grit sandpaper
- Prime all pieces with flat black primer
- paint with acrylics and enamel paints
- Using handmade and store-bought stencils, I used the same black primer to create the designs on the cut-outs
- Assemble the 48" x 60" x 2" Panel
- Paint the entire panel and sides with flat black paint
- Assemble all of the pieces and attach with a nailgun
- Using Uni-Posca Art Markers- Add details
- Protect with matte finish varnish
- Hang on the wall and enjoy...
