This cool effect being inspired by Avatar Movie's Na'vi character, I have made in Adobe Photoshop. Actually thia is a repost here because I love this effect so much that I want to share it again and again.
We do not have the share feature here on steemit where we can share our past popular posts and show them to the new users or followers of ours. This is the reason I have to make a new post here. This photo manipulation is not easy to make, actually you have to paint the whole face by brush and mask the certain areas.
