Al-Jawal (Wanderer)

The idea behind this comic was to create some social commentary on life in Kuwait. The main character we created, the "Wanderer," is an Indian taxi driver with a certain curse. That is, he sees all sorts of weird and demonic "hallucinations" when encountering anything evil. People's evil intentions become apparent to him through his visions and he therefor
ends up evolving into a reluctant vigilante of sorts when he realizes that he's unable to just ignore the visions.

The first episode was a light story about a bunch of bad kids torturing a street cat. We get our first glimpse of Jawal's powers/visions as well as a his superhero persona (Alpha male Bollywood badass.) Jawal saves the cat and ends up adopting him as his pet, "Katwah." But little does he realize, Katwah may have a secret of his own.
