I painted this yesterday outdoors on location in Lake Hayes near Queenstown, New Zealand. I wasn’t sure whether to put the tree in, in the foreground, I’m still trying to learn to paint trees ‘en plein air’ (painting outdoors).
This artwork was painted in oils on a 10” x 12” canvas panel.

Oh yes. I really like classical painting these days. Of course, I will follow you and whenever possible you have my voice every time. Keep on sticking. The work is amazing. I'm jealous od your talent. Maybe if I did not have a technical mind, I would paint like that one day. 😀
