Wow, so nice you brought this up, I always think of Mahler Gustave & wife Alma and when I do that I always think of Oskar Kokoschka, one of the most influential German expressionist painters who imagined love and his faulty affair with Alma in the most fluid, watery, almost exotic painting that saw the light at beginning of the 20th century.
