Today I visited Calw in Germany, the town of the great writer Hermann Hesse. I went there with @yoganarchista. After a while of walking around the town we decided to go into the church. Normally I never go into churches so it was a quite exotic experience for me. The stone, wood and glass art was quite inspiring, so I decided to show it in an unusual way with gifs. Enjoy!
Heute habe ich Calw besucht, die Heimatstadt des großen Schriftstellers Hermann Hesse. Ich war dort mit @yoganarchista. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang durch die Altstadt haben wir beschlossen, in die Kirche zu gehen. Normalerweise gehe ich nie in Kirchen, also war es eine ziemlich exotische Erfahrung für mich. Die Stein-, Holz- und Glaskunst war sehr inspirierend, also habe ich beschlossen, sie auf ungewönhliche Art und Weise aufzunehmen. Viel Spaß!

Wow, wie cool! Das ist ja mal ein tolles Ausflugsziel :-) Gibt es in dem Ort auch ein Hesse-Museum oder etwas in der Art?

Danke :) Ja ein Museum gibt es auch. Allerdings waren wir nur kurz in der Stadt und bei 36° C Außentemperatur war die kühle Kirche dann ein wahrer "Segen" :p Das Museum haben wir also noch gar nicht besucht...
Ist aber eine schöne alte Stadt mit tollen Fachwerkshäusern und jeder Menge Hermann Hesse -Straßen, -Plätzen und -Brücken usw. Die halbe Stadt ist gefühlt nach ihm benannt. :D
