🌸 Coloring Art #2 🎨

I love coloring and anytime I am doing so, it makes me feel relax. What good therapy it is. This is to show you my color artworks for today which are recently done.

After I had finished the painting of this insect, I decided to play a little with it and I came up with this with just adding of a wood background and a little adjustment of the lightning with LinearBurn.

The second artwork is this whale coloring.

With a wave background which makes it have more effect.

Coloring is a therapy on its own to reduce stress, make the brain active and relax. It is something you can enjoy doing and build your brain while doing so and not until you have some coloring books but your smartphone can do the work for you by downloading a coloring book for adults. So you can start today as well.

I am using these two adult coloring books apps; Stress relief and Happy coloring.
