What a sad moment.
This one is one of my favorites. I went to the grand prison museum like 3 years ago .
I Took the picture and just started to retouch it on my way home
I only used googles snapseed for editing.
at the time it was quite a very simple software back then.
Anyways I used some effects textures and some finger brushing
One of my fellow artist friends told me I could print and put as a fine art piece!
