Another little funny animal was born! Thanks to the old broomstick that I found some days ago in our lab, I can create an entire zoo of freaky tiny animals ^_^
Yesterday I had a little problem with a little knife that I use to carved the mini piece of wood, so I have a finger (my right thumb) still sore and, as you can understand it was not simple to use my brushes and other tools because my main hand is the right hand. Nothing serious, just disturbing ^_^
This morning I finished to paint the new animal, he looks like a freaky cat, but I started this series thinking about some strange animals, so they have not to be similar to real animals.
I'm satisfied by the result and I took some pics of both of the tiny figures that I created in these last days:
They are just about 4 centimeters (1.5 inches) and they comfortably stay in my hand. I had to think about a nice "packaging" for them, because even if I'm creating this little creatures for myself, some of my buyers asked me one for them ^_^
I think I'll use them also for nice funny photos in different scenes, because they look like really photogenic, isn't it? ^_^

Yes...the little wooden sculptures are very photogenic.....such a good idea to create from a broom handle.
The little one with his eyes heavenward is sure to bring smiles whever he goes. The two of them are darling. ^__^
