Valery Barykin is a Russian painter.
He became known for his colorful paintings in the style of pin-up poster. Pin-up was very popular in the last century in America. Do you know who did the last one. I've seen others and the recurring item in most of their work is the celery. For whatever reason the girls always have some celery :)
