I like your style. Been trying to learn the neutrality variations of good skin tone, but haven't been able to so well. Also good use of bleeding affects in the background.

    Cheers Stefan! Search for "painting limited palette". Another tip, is working with earth colours, these will give you the "neutral" colours you are looking for. As for the effects in the background, play! experiment! =)
