I think this has to be the largest mosaic I have ever seen! You can walk around the mosaic on a platform at ground level and from above. The mosaic museum is not crowded and we did not have to wait in any queues. It dates from Byzantine times and was the floor of the Great Palace. Many scenes depict hunting and scenes from myths.
