Figure Drawing Study #1

in art •  7 years ago

Drawing is hard. Much like any other skill it takes a lot of practice. When I first started doing Animation, i mainly focused on the computer. However I quickly learned I had to also learn some of the traditional workflows. This meant I had to learn to draw, which I feared greatly cause I never really done it before. But I can promise with practice anyone can learn any skill. I’m the proof! After about 6 months of drawing and study, here’s where I’m at :)

Wow, good job. Would definitely be interested to see where you go from here.

Out of curiosity, are you using any references to get to that point or is it all just from your head now?

I've always been interested in drawing but never really had the patience to practice with it.

I’m taking a figure drawing class in my university, so it’s from a live model.

Very nice

Thanks :)
