Heeeello all!

Got some news, some nice things happened and I was getting ready to post this one :D Made a bunch of material for steemit during the free time I had and there will be a lot of interesting stuff and collaborations too.

Let's Start with this fella here:

All was done traditionally, by hand, since I am trying to replicate my digital art skills with traditional art, this is one of the examples, and all of it is thanks to DevianArt. There was a contest there and I won one of the awards where they fun the art gear for people that need help with their projects.

Here's what I got!

20190724_215425.jpg20190724_220554.jpg20190724_220718.jpg20190724_220625.jpg

It really helped a lot, since there is no place in Serbia where I can find this kind of stuff. So the time for practice came and boooy, there was a lot of interesting stuff made.

Here is the process for the boxer:

Initial sketch was done with regular pen, then the hard black lines are added on top, this one is basically image of first two steps

Lines done, time to erase the pencil and get in with the color

Color and shadows added, time to move on

Full color, shadows, details and additional lines before the final step, decided to crop it a bit, so no attention was given to the leg part, will be more clear in the next step

Fine tuning every brush move, dealing with colors, scanning it, photoshop for slight light adjustments and voila :D

Made this guy up, I have never drawn a boxer before

Hope you had fun and/or learned something in the process

See ya later! Have an awesome day!
