One of my works, which I exhibited at the Art Festival, but not presented in social networks.
In front of you is "The Scarf of Charles Luppen"
Unlike many of my other works, which are literally born in the process, without any idea and idea, this picture was the result of a certain concept.
The fact is that about two hundred years ago he lived and was Charles Bonnet. And it so happened that Charles liked to communicate with his visually impaired grandfather, who, in fact, was called Charles Luppen. The grandfather, being in full health and reason, told his grandson that he had an obvious hallucination in the form of a blue scarf with four orange circles.
As a result of these intimate conversations, a new syndrome of Charles Bonnet appeared in the list of strange humanities. The essence of this syndrome will not explain. To whom it is interesting, there is a video TED, where the neuroscientist very entertaining tells about what an interesting game is the brain with visually impaired people. But back to the scarf.
In fact, the handkerchief of Charles Luppen is his hallucination, something that never existed in our material world. And, given that Time is not linear (there is such a scientific hypothesis), I decided to portray the old man's handkerchief more cheerfully.
Probability is extremely small, but, perhaps, Charles Luppen also sees in his distant past a specially designed for him handkerchief.
All a good week)
