Color the City! [Digital & photography art]

Everybody has seen the ugliness of cities because pretty much every city has some of these sides and pretty much everbody has been to a city at some point.

Moat of these times the ugliness comes from ugly architecture or a lack of colors or both. It really makes one feel bad just looking at it...

So what would happen if we start coloring these parts? Could it look something like this?
