Mixing body motions in balance
Hey you!
If you know me since a while, by now you certainly know that I love to try out and mix everything.
So here I am again, experimenting this time: Slackline Juggling!
The hard part is that you can't use your hands to keep your balance. So the hips, chest and legs have to do all the work. I felt that it was a really good exercise for my body and my brain. My abdomen and neurons were in fire after this pleasant monkey experiment.
It was a wonderful mediation. I will certainly explore the concept deeper in the future.

I can say I've never seen that before in my life! Very original and inspiring -Slacklining alone is so much harder than I ever thought when I tried it.

Will try it myself, i can walk on a slackline, nothing more :) , and i can juggle with 3 balls , just the one basic pattern xD . But doing them both at once .. .

one simple tip that @andyluy gave me: you can have better power up if you make the post 50/50 and then invest the SBDs on power up, instead of going straight 100%. it looks it's in a post by @jerrybanfield

dang... that's pretty hard! Have you ever tried Slack-lining across mountains? Some of my friends do that, and it is so intense.
I can only take a couple steps on the slackline before falling! But it is so much fun.
