Media
This is a Rosenquist inspired drawing.
One of my favorite things about art is your ability to create literally whatever the fuck you want.
My favorite things to do when drawing is to morph things together.
I love the idea of make two things separate, whole.
With this piece I had to go looking for inspiration.
So I turned to the media of magazines.
I found several interesting clips in which I saved. And upon thinking of what message I wanted to convey and how I wanted the piece to flow, I selected four images, of which I later connected with my imagination.
This piece is called Media.
Perhaps through the lens of the media, we see violence, food, and women.
Perhaps your Facebook feed represents something much different. But as a young, budding adult, these are three things I often see spread across many social media platforms.
I drew this my junior year of high school.
In the future I will post similar pieces to this that are much more developed and show my growth as a drawer over the course of a year.

Very beautiful piece, the media has influenced our world in so many ways most especially among the youth. The content they spread has a way of affecting our youths in their day to day lives
