Present for father.jpg

I asked my father to send pictures of old work of mine that he possessed; and this was one of them. This was a present I mae for him years ago on an old torn up board.

Here is it before I added "Polar" filters

I think it is watercolor and acrylic; so long ago:)

very nice and i like that. I resteemed this post

Wow. Its beautiful painting @twirble

It is difficult to determine from the photo, but the work is similar to oil pastel.
Today I also placed a new portrait, which I made with oil pastel for the first time. I invite you to discuss...

Good eye; I used some water soluble crayon in there. :). I just saw your work on my feed and resteemed it. Really lovely.

Watercolor pencil? It's so hard to translate the names of materials ...

That to. but the crayon is more of a wax pastel.

The wax pastels? It doesn't mix at all, I've never considered it a material for artists before. Although I have seen pictures made with iron, when heated it melts like polyethylene.

These babies Water soluble; and you can use an acrylic medium to keep it in place. (If not to thick)

Thank you, this is not the material I thought about. I'll know...

What is the real size of the picture?

I do not have it with me, I think roughly 8X10
