Still life with cow skull

Another still life. This time it’s oil on paper*. Size appr. 70 x 50 cm (cropped).

* It is of course not just paper but specific paper for oil and acrylic painting. Although it still takes up more solvent than canvas, it is much more fit for oil than regular paper or cardboard. It is quite cheaper than buying canvas and perfect for studies and experiments. For those who might need it, I highly recommend paper “Tela” by Italian brand Fabriano - it is very good quality and pleasure to work on.
