Holiday sketchbook

Last week I was in a nice pub in the quaint village of Castleton in the Peak District, Derbyshire. Here’s a quick sketch I did in that pub using watercolour and pen, roughly layering the areas paint down first and then adding the pen after, an effective technique for sketching on site site. Luckily the people in the drawing stuck around until I’d finished!
