The name of this art photograph is: 'The Net'

Is this net prepared for catching something with it, or is it here for to catch us in its meshes? I think this depends upon our own direction. Where one turns his thoughts is where his energy flows. That direction defines a place of one's victory or a place of one's destruction. Each one of us is free to choose whether he/she wants to catch good feelings with the net of our minds or just be throwing the net relentlessly for to catch whatever comes along. That way the retiarius of our mind might be caught and waken up to catch us back. We could be left with sad and sorry feelings instead of valuable thoughts that we could've caught, but didn't. By the way, even a single good thought is a great catch. It might empower our life and add an additional meaning to our existence.

The peculiarity of this image lies in these many objects behind the net and the fact that we are unable to tell what they really are. Only the net is focused and clearly readable. Think of all these objects as our thoughts - lighter ones, darker ones, thoughts of every shape and form. They are scattered across the grand ocean of possibilities and here to be caught or not caught.

Colours are few, largely dominated by the net's own colour. Unsaturated, softened colours blend much easier with each other, and that way the overall colour balance is achieved in a more pleasant manner. Various strong saturated colours close together, fighting against each other for the dominance, is like a punch in the face to an art lover. But, this also very much depends on the cultural background. For example, in arts of indigenous cultures, you will often find many strong colours put together. In European heritage, artists work with unsaturated hues and try hard to perfectly balance all the colours they sparingly use.

I deliberately used a simple title, as to not reveal too much.

Which thoughts are you going to catch today and store them in that boxes in the bottom left corner of the image and which ones will you let go someplace else to stay there forever?

Enjoy! :)

I tried to take some photos of things behind a net. It was frustrating because the thing gets blurry and the net is very clear. It's surprising how you can make a usual obstruction a subject of photography. It's a bunch of creativity!

Yea.........beautiful creativity.... U just said my minf

you as always present beautiful photographs that have a deep meaning and make you think. Indeed, the network will separate us from thoughts, and thoughts carry opportunities and are able to change our lives. Thoughts of a person at one moment can do much, so it is important to keep your head and thoughts in a healthy state.
All I want to catch in these networks of positive thoughts that carry positive energy, and most importantly, that these thoughts were aimed at achieving results that change your life for the better :)
as always, thanks :)

This is really a nice one and i am glad to share the thought that i was able to catch. Like you said

is this net prepared for catching something?

My answer is a yes.
Why? Because i believe its a trash bin made up of net. You can as well check out the trash in the net.
More so this picture was taken behind the trash bin.

Nope. Totally wrong.

I think you are so smart in taking photography objects. The object behind the net looks vague and makes anyone curious about it, including me.

Felicidades jejej esta fabuloza la fotografia.

Looks like a seafood restaurant to me? Cool how what you wrote took me in a few different directions in my head too :)

Well, I really liked this sentence:

"Various strong saturated colours close together, fighting against each other for the dominance, is like a punch in the face to an art lover. "

Yes I Think you are certainly right ♦♦ The image presents the colors nicely, & the Colors do not fight against one another !

Learned the word "retiarius " today . For those who are CURIOUS as to what this word means:

Retiarius = an ancient Roman gladiator armed with a net and a spear.
