'The Hen'

A hen just came out of nowhere and made my day. It is not too difficult to see her head, so not many of you will have a problem with it. It is a very straightforward image and there isn't much to say. But, as you well know me, I'm sure going to try! :)

The colours are very important for the overall illusion. If it was only for the shapes and the tonality, not many would be able to see the bird's head. Colors are making it easier for everyone to figure out my intention. This is especially true for the reddish eyes! The colour scheme is also allowing the main object to stick out from the rest of the image. Greens are strongly subduing the background and letting us to easily focus our attention on the foreground.

Apart from the happy hen looking at us, there is an alternate meaning which I don't mind pointing out. The pickets in the background are definitely a symbol of how badly animal are treated in those concentration camps we call chicken farms. There is green foliage behind the bars. Green, as we know is the dominant colour in nature. However, we are not allowed to see what's beyond. We can only see as much as we would, were we also imprisoned right there, beside our funny and innocent looking character.

I fully support local organic farming. This is the way to go about what we eat. Poisonless, real, healthy food versus chemically treated, heavily processed goo of unknown origin is not much of a brainer. Did you know that the final direction which the world will follow depends on your decision? It is enough to say: NO, THANKS! Say that enough times and they will think twice before sticking more poison in your food. Buy organic, keep your body healthy as much as you can!

Enjoy! :)

Wow ... amazing post, nice and Creative I Liked. Greetings friendship steemit hope each other Ok ! ,,

Thank you man, now nobody needs to make any effort anymore :D :D :D

haha Sorry :p

I meant it in a good way! :)))

thank you mr. @velimir

Hahahahahaha so funny bro.

the theme song from now on.

This motivates me to use my camera more and eat healthier food!! I just bought a cannon sl2 (best for value) to explore the wonderful world of photography with. I am also proactively seeking better health routes in life. I deliver pizza for a living, and I would love to shift into "creating anything" for a living. I stay away from food at my work due to the fact that it is the most unhealthiest food available and it almost seems safer to fast for the day than to take a few bites off a old cold pepperoni pizza that a customer never picked up. Reading post's like this inspire me to be better in life, to other people and nature on this wonderful planet we call home!!

The thing is: Only a creative minded human can capture such a thing which is almost impossible to judge for common people. Weldon dear @velimir for sharing us excellent piece of ART.
By the way me with my family has boycotted chicken since 2012(Except pure). All the best man!

at first I did not understand why you called today's photo - chicken :) I admit honestly, I did not immediately see her, because I thought her head should be between the bushes :)
Only by switching on the imagination did I notice what you meant. And then when I began to read your text, I realized that the imaginary hen was right.
You told us a good sense. But I think that it is relevant in many areas of our life, from politics and ending with a separate family. We all have something to hide and in society we all look a little different. This is human nature.
As I wrote to you yesterday, in the place where I live I have no problems with the acquisition of organic and pure agricultural products. To some extent, this is considered a backward technology of cultivation (because the minimum number of chemical fertilizers is used, and in many places it is not used at all). But I think pure products, grown by yesterday's technology, are cleaner and more useful.
Goodnight @velimir :)

👀👀👀👀👀I swear to god i kept looking for straight 10 min and couldnt find any hen...gosh why i am so dumb. Unless I realised I lost the point hahaa. Need to renew my "out of the box" thinking shots hhaha. Thank you for this. Picture is so detiled. Stong message of farming.
My aunt who also happens to be the mother of @salmanbukhari54 has taught me when I was a child how to do micro farming. In our kitche garden i have planted raddishes, carrots , guavas, tomatoes and plums under her supervision as a child all organic. Good old days.Keep posting.

I always go out of the box and think in a very different way. I found a huge lizard that is lurking on the huge tree downing it's face. Those big eyes are quite similar to any reptile so it is also a proof that that is a big lizard on the tree. It's one hand is quite near to it's head and yes his red eyes are shining with anger. Lizard is quite angry because of human activities as the activities has demolished the beauty of forests and caused deforestation all around.

Well @velimir i do understand your situation that is hectic so no worries Man, we all love your Art work <3

Stay Blessed, Steem On!

This is a very perculiar work of art. It took me a few seconds to find the hen but once you see it, it cannot be unseen. Lovely piece! Thanks for sharing! :D

Describing the hen beyond the obvious makes a lasting impression. The comparison is fitting and the color combination show a high level of professionalism and talent

Very nice photography, and a very deep message within it. I also support local organic farming, and my girlfriend's family lives in a small village where their chickens run on the grass free most of the day. :)

If note this tree form like the head of a male Turkey chicken. That has the red eye Brows and mouth bowed down.

Had to look at this for a while before I could see the illustration.... nice abstract.

I read all of your comments before going to sleep. It is my evening routine. Thank you so much for your support!

Thank you for sharing this type of information with us ...

I completely agree with you. It's terrible when food producers use different chemicals to increase productivity. But I also think that GMO is not always bad, because it is not chemicals, we don't get harm from genetically modified products. But of course everyone wants to eat organic food. And do you think that genetically modified foods are harmful?

This kind of optical illusion may be common but people are not looking for them so they're rarely seen. Thanks for sharing. Good work!

Brutalno! Svaka čast :) Veliki pozdrav !

Which camera are you using?

@velimir Now for today, you got your place as well as the job. Velimir I saw then eyes its superb their texture are well crafted. But one thing I'm getting confused why you called the hen ???
But one thing I especially the like the concept of pickets in the background thatt describes the treated behave of human with animal. As human being its our moral duty to save there lives really a kind-hearted and silent message for everybody to think about it.
I think you should go next zoo to show animals and captured some love for animal.
hope for the best @velimir
Regards Aqib Ashiq :)

I fully support local organic farming.

I was just talking about this with one of my followers, do you know that in India they still use a pesticide/herbicide that causes cancer, at least they did last time i checked, it's called roundup, europeans used it for many years until this was found and it was outlawed

well this is amazing keep it up like this

Super gorgeous and interesting, congratulations!

Oh my god haha it took me so long to see it but when I did...

The benefits of organic food for health Fewer pesticides. Pesticides are chemicals such as fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides and are more nutritious. It does not contain antibiotics. Natural or not genetically engineered and organic Farming is more environmentally friendly.

Amazing tree and photography. I mean it's hard to spot something like this. Seems predestined! The other day, I tried capturing trees in the park and all of them are plain green. No extraordinary color combination like this. However, they are still extraordinary for me for making us air clean :) thanks for your post.

Hello @velimir, I congratulate you for this natural way of expressing art, I tell you that from a young age I liked to admire the natural forms of stones, wood or stems of trees, when they acquire forms of people, animals or objects, Even when I make my models, I try to use natural materials such as the meshes or fabrics of some palm trees and fertilizers in my plant-based crops and animal manure that I prepare, so I share with you when relating the natural with the art. ..
I wish you many successes, I am going to present you my Eiffel Tower, which I made with palm-tree sticks.
God bless you

jeeeeaaaaaaaaah !

Hello @velimir , Fabulous find people who are using one hundred percent their senses and be connected with the here and now awakens your senses this image allows us to recognize that everything we need is around us we should only be awake and careful not to lose our opportunities, I totally agree with you enough of so much animal suffering it is time that we begin to contribute with love to the planet and consume healthier foods that do not have marked the suffering of another, since our foundation we are making a difference and we can all be part of it we demonstrate that we are truly human and allow animals to have a decent life, thanks for this great image

You said that you see a happy hen looking at us there but it looks terrified to me lol! Anyway it's so cool and funny at the same time that you saw a meaning there, even associated the background with bad conditions in which chickens are being kept.
