'The Fish'

A dreadful creature from the unfathomable sea depths decided to share its scary appearance with us. :) I found this piece of art during my afternoon walk and thought it looks interesting enough to share. This is the first time I come across anything similar in the realm of street art. I salute the idea as well as execution. Not many people would walk by and not pay attention to this.

I believe more of such an idea could be used to liven up the city. After all, art is meant to bring a new experience to us. The bright green and red colours go well together and further make the piece stand out of the casual environment, we are used to seeing when passing by. The teeth are also amusing and quite sharp. (Yes, I tried to feel them with my finger. :D )

Did you notice that the white, slightly overburned eye is the lightest part of the photograph and adds to the scary look?

Enjoy! :)

oh snap, this is scary

What was this fish made of ? was it foam and fiberglass ? I make props like this if that is how its made.

wow, really very appreciating post of art fish.its just interesting and this photography very impressible.i support your work.because its alltime perfect and real.. there are a lot of talented people who with the help of creativity decorate the city. But if the authorities officially allowed people to offer their creativity as an ornament of city streets, the city would look like a gallery of art. Maybe there is not much street art like this, but for example, where I live it does not exist at all. Here you rarely see something like that. The aggressive and bright head of the "fish" that definitely deserves to be in your photo collection.very well done.take care yourself and best of luck of your great work..may god bless you..my dear friend @velimir

Looks like my ex-girlfriend's hoo-hah! HEY OH!

It's a scary piece of art .although colours are attractive.although back ground is beautiful.but it's teeth are, making it's impressing scary..people could scare their children by viewing them this image.i think this art in the street is adding colours and beauty of street. It's a beautiful piece of art.as it's creature has add its hard work in it.wow what a different thing is this.beautiful and scary.two different impacts are in,one.

Wonderful art sir......and very scared picture

This "fish" looks awesome. However, it seems to me that it attracts attention more than if it looked "kind". Apparently, in the second city, there are a lot of talented people who with the help of creativity decorate the city. But if the authorities officially allowed people to offer their creativity as an ornament of city streets, the city would look like a gallery of art. Maybe there is not much street art like this, but for example, where I live it does not exist at all :) Here you rarely see something like that. The aggressive and bright head of the "fish" that definitely deserves to be in your photo collection.
Thank you

@velimir wow. this is extra extraordinary work.

What is that thing!!! Awesome :)

It's really scary and interesting, @velimir. It is a good way to advertise a sea city: beyond the sculptures of human characters of the city, of a hero or even of using astract art, this idea of erecting a monument with a fish (not so beautiful) seems to me to be unique. I live in a sea town and there is a square here where there is a man with a fish in his hands, but the fish looks harmless. Thank you always for that artistic eye of yours and for always looking for interesting images. Greetings

Hhhhh the scary fish. Thats a very nice art and work out there. And excellent photography. Keep it up :)

Giginya sangat seram ya bang😍

I find it extraordinary, I really share your point of view about it, it is a work of art and a wonderful idea of who carried it out. But I would not go near something like that, this one of terror. Hahaha. Thanks for sharing with us, I never saw anything like it, @velimir.
