An aspiring artist must practice drawing the hands.
Hand is one of the most difficult organic thing to draw as it can do complex positions with the wrist, palm and fingers.
Here's my hand drawing practice. I didn't put much details on them as I was only more focused on creating the forms.
These are just rough sketches and were done for 5 minutes each because I was trying to practice my speed.

Well done! I fully agree that drawing hands is the most challenging thing in drawing a human body. I have not yet taken the courage to do that, but after seeing your sketches I now feel encouraged :) Good luck!
