Just thought I would share this fun little print I did recently...
It's a marble machine! Although I guess technically it doesn't use marbles - it actually uses 9.5mm ball bearings, but whatever. It's still fun. I like the design because it uses a rotating shaft to bring the marbles back up, i.e. you spin the cap at the top and the "marbles" will be carried up to the top where they can slide back down again.
This is the longest print I've done so far clocking in at around 32 hours in total, with 28 of those dedicated to just the track! Here's a picture of it only a couple hours into the print:
I'm still fairly new to 3d printing so I'm learning a lot. But, there are a lot more things I want to create so look forward to more of these in the future! One more example for now:
